Our Story

Making culinary excellence accessible for everyone. 

With a passion for culinary creativity and a deep-rooted love for baking, I began my journey at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, where I specialized in Baking and Pastry Arts. My first adventure after culinary school was to Charleston, where I honed my skills in its vibrant food scene. After a few years, I returned to my home state of Michigan to grow my family and continue my career.

I later joined Delaware North at Comerica Park, proudly serving as the first female chef for the Detroit Tigers food. My time with the Tigers fueled my drive to lead and innovate in the kitchen. Now, I’ve taken the leap to follow my dream and launch my own catering business, bringing years of professional experience and personal passion to the people of the community I love.
